Memphis, TN (Sports Network) - Top seed Kirsten Flipkens advanced to the quarterfinals, while defending champion Sofia Arvidsson lost to last year's runner-up Marina Erakovic in second-round action at the $235,000 U.S. National Indoor Tennis Championships.
