Greeley, CO (Sports Network) - Lenny Antwi scored just six points but he connected on the game-winning 3-pointer with eight seconds remaining as North Dakota outlasted the Northern Colorado Bears, 64-62, in a Big Sky Conference clash at Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion.

Troy Huff led the way with 19 points for North Dakota (12-14, 9-8 Big Sky), which has won two of three. Aaron Anderson (18 points, five assists) and Shane Benton (12 points) were also impressive for the visitors.

For Northern Colorado (9-16, 7-10), Connor Osborne logged 19 points and three blocks, while Derrick Barden recorded a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Tevin Svihovec chipped in 12 points for the Bears, who had won their previous three games.

North Dakota shot 50 percent from the field in the first half while holding Northern Colorado to 34.4 percent shooting, as it took a 31-28 lead into intermission.

The Bears started the second half on a 6-0 run to take the lead, and they extended their advantage to as many as 11 later in the frame. North Dakota climbed back in the game late, and although Northern Colorado still led, 62-60, in the final minute, Antwi drilled the game-winning trey with eight seconds to go. Following a Northern Colorado turnover, Benton went 1-of-2 from the foul line, and Tim Huskisson missed the potential game-winning shot for the Bears in the waning seconds.

Northern Colorado lost despite winning the rebounding battle, 42-33, and outscoring North Dakota in the paint, 38-20.
