HALL COUNTY, Ga. -- The man found guilty of causing a jet ski crash that killed the stepson of singer Usher will serve four years in prison.
A judge sentenced Jeffery Hubbard to 15 years, but he'll only serve four. Hubbard was also fined $3,000.
Hubbard was riding the jet ski i that hit Kile Glover while he was on an inner tube on Lake Lanier in July 2012
A jury convicted Hubbard last month
of homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel and unlawful operation of a personal watercraft.
