While U.S. and Canadian hockey fans argue over which country has to keep Justin Bieber, a Florida prosecutor has reportedly offered him a plea deal that will keep the legally challenged pop singer out of jail.
TMZ reports that the state's attorney would drop the DUI and resisting arrest charges from the January incident in Miami Beach if Bieber pleads no contest to reckless driving, installs an ignition interlock device in his vehicles and passes six to nine months of drug and alcohol tests, among other conditions.

He would also be required to apprise the Florida court system of his whereabouts and foot the bill for drug testers to travel to his location.
If Bieber stays clean during this period, the reduced plea will be entered on his behalf.
Should he reject the deal and go to trial, he could find himself behind bars.
