The storm system that plowed through Georgia earlier this week seemed to have it all: snow, sleet, wind, ice. It had everything except, well, a catchy name.
The snow storm that crippled Atlanta back in 2011 was dubbed "Snowmageddon," while the system that froze traffic on the interstate earlier this year was dubbed "SnowJam."
For whatever reason, a name hasn't stuck to this week's storm. Yet.
On the 11Alive Facebook page, we let you come up with suggestions. And boy did you! We received more than 1,100 responses. Creative names included Atlantartica, Iceapalooza and Snoverdose.
