Tucker's body was found shortly before 4 p.m. Sunday inside a car parked in the 300 block of Lombardy Circle. Police determined Brown fired shots at the car from outside, killing the victim. The shooting was not random, and the suspect and victim knew each other.
Wednesday morning, Athens-Clarke County police received a tip that Brown was on his way to Gwinnett County. Investigators coordinated with the Gwinnett County Police Department to track down and pull over the suspect's car. Brown was arrested without incident.
