Police would not say why the arrests were made, but The San Francisco Chronicle reported that at least some of the people were arrested on suspicion of stealing seats from the 53-year-old stadium slated for demolition.
The Associated Press reports that in addition to the arrests, 81 people were ejected and seven people were cited.
The 49ers are moving next season to a new $1.2 billion stadium.
