GAINESVILLE, GA. -- Gainesville Police have arrested two juveniles in connection with threats made at Gainesville High School on Wednesday.

According to authorities, the two young men were arrested on Wednesday afternoon in connection with the case. One juvenile was charged with terroristic threats, interference with gov't property, and disruption of public schools and the other was charged with making false statements.
Although the threats were found to be fictitious both are being held at the Gainesville Regional Youth Detention Center.
The Gainesville Police Department says they will "continue to keep additional security measures in place throughout the week, as to ensure students have the safest possible learning environment and to give parents a clear peace of mind."
