ATHENS, Ga. -- A former University of Georgia employee is charged with 43 counts of exploitation of a child.

Jeffrey Wall Delk, 51, was charged Tuesday following a search of his home that included the seizure of computers and cell phones, according to Athens-Clarke County police.

Delk recently was assistant director for gift and estate planning in UGA's Development & Alumni Relations division. He resigned amid the investigation that led to his arrest.
