DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- Michael Brandon Hill, the man accused of bringing a weapon into McNair Discovery Learning Academy, has been indicted by a DeKalb County Grand Jury.

The jury returned a 13-count indictment against Hill Friday morning.
Charges include aggravated assault, second-degree burglary, terroristic threats, false imprisonment, obstruction and theft by receiving stolen property.
Hill is accused of bringing an assault rifle into the DeKalb County school on Aug. 20. Once there, he held school employees hostage and fired at responding officers, who fired back. Hill eventually dropped his weapon and surrendered.
