TUCKER, Ga. -- The Atlanta Silverbacks will host the city's first North American Soccer League championship game since 1971.

The Silverbacks host the New York Cosmos Saturday night at Atlanta Silverbacks Park.  It would be the first Atlanta NASL championship since the Atlanta Chiefs won in 1968.

The Cosmos are riding an eleven game unbeaten streak.

The two winners of the split season were crowned for the first time in U.S. men's professional soccer league in 84 years. The Silverbacks lost to the Cosmos November 2 to close the regular season.  Kickoff is Saturday night at 7:30 at Atlanta Silverbacks Park.
