(WXIA) -- President Obama's approval rating has hit an all-time low.

According to a new Wall Street Journal and NBC News poll, the president's approval rating is 42 percent, down from 47 percent three weeks ago. The poll said that his personal likeability has taken a hit as well.

The botched launch of HealthCare.gov, reports of NSA spying and the government's handling of the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi are a few contributors to the low rating.

NBC News said President Obama's approval rating was near an all-time high in January.
