Frost advisory across parts of north Georgia (NWS)
ATLANTA -- The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for the northern half of the state of Georgia through 9 a.m., Thursday.
The advisory is mainly north of a line from Lagrange to Forsyth to Warrenton. Temperatures across the area are expected to get down to the low to middle 30s overnight Wednesday and into early Thursday.

Those of you with sensitive plants may need to cover them or bring them inside to protect them from the cold temperatures.
Overnight temperatures are expected to remain cold with lows in the mid 30s on Thursday night, and get even colder by Friday night, dipping to near freezing.
Highs today and Thursday are expected in the low 60s while they should drop into the mid to upper 50s for Friday and Saturday. Look for moderating temperatures beginning Sunday, with highs moving into the upper 60s or low 70s for the early part of next week.
