ATLANTA -- A judge sent the new Atlanta Hawks coach's DUI case to Fulton County Superior Court Thursday.
Mike Budenholzer did not to attend Thursday's hearing, but was represented by his attorney.
The judge bound the case over for trial.
Budenholzer was arrested in Midtown in August after being pulled over for a broken taillight. He declined a preliminary breath test at the scene and has since vowed to fight the DUI charge.
