He will appear at the Barnes & Noble on Peachtree Road on Saturday, Oct. 19. Carrey will sign copies of his children's book, "How Roland Rolls," beginning at 2 p.m.
According to Carrey, "How Roland Rolls" is "a story about a wave named Roland who's afraid that, one day, when he hits the beach, his life will be over. But when he gets deep, he's stuck by the notion that he's not just a wave -- he's a whole big, wide ocean! It shows humanity's interconnectedness through the metaphor of a wave in the ocean."
"How Roland Rolls" was released Sept. 24. Carrey and his daughter Jane recorded a four-song EP for the book, which is available on iTunes.
On Sunday, Oct. 20, Theresa Caputo, star of the hit TLC show "Long Island Medium," will hold a signing of her own.
Caputo will sign copies of her book, There's More to Life Than This, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the "Disco Kroger" on Piedmont Road.
