MARIETTA, Ga. -- It was an emotional Tuesday morning for 25 men and women who returned from a six-month tour of duties overseas.
Reservists stationed with the 386th Air Expeditionary Wing offered crucial support to aircraft in the Middle East. Tuesday night, they came back home to their families.

The homecoming was at Dobbins Air Force base, where families said they felt surprise, shock and an awesome feeling to be reunited with their loved ones.

The wife of a soldier said they could resume their lives now that they were back together. She said times got stressful when her husband was away.
As each soldier stepped off the plane, applause and cheer spread through the families waiting to see and hug their soldiers.
