The University of Georgia and Clemson University are separated by 70 miles, and three ranking spots. This weekend's game re-opens a rivalry most players on the team are too young to remember.

Georgia's star quarterback Aaron Murray was 13 years old the last time the two teams met on the field. In that 2003 meeting, Georgia pummeled Clemson 30-0. The ten years since mark the longest break since the series started in 1897. This Saturday, number five Georgia will travel to Death Valley to take on number eight Clemson. The battle between the two contenders is expected to shake up the rankings and have implications for their BCS hopes.
