CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -- All northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 75 in Clayton County were reopened at 3:00 Friday morning.
Just before 10:00 Thursday night, a tractor trailer went through the median wall on I-75 northbound near Mt. Zion Blvd.
Officer Charlene Watson-Fraser of the Clayton County Police Department said that vehicle collided with another tractor trailer traveling in the opposite direction - northbound on the highway.
One of the tractors trailers caught fire. All lanes were shut down following the collision.
During the accident, one of the tractor trailers hit a motorcycle. The driver of the bike was taken to the hospital. His condition was not released.
No injuries were reported.
