KENNESAW, Ga - A giant American flag made of people is part of a campaign to raise $1 million for military veterans.

At least 400 people gathered in Kennesaw Thursday afternoon in a massive show of support for vets.

It's all part of the "Express Your Thanks" campaign sponsored by Bank of America. The human flag promotes Bank of America's efforts to raise $1 million dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project and Welcome Back Veterans.

"Express Your Thanks" is a unique web and social media campaign aimed at supporting veterans.

Every time someone posts their appreciation for our troops at www.bankofamerica.com/trooopthanks, or uses Twitter with the hashtag #troopthanks, Bank of America donates $1 to the programs supporting American vets.

The Wounded Warrior Project helps injured soldiers with therapy and support, and has even helped purchase or renovate housing. The Welcome Back Veterans program helps soldiers suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or traumatic brain injuries.

The human flag consisted of Bank of America employees, veterans, and members of the community.
