MARIETTA, Ga. -- A Powder Springs man has been indicted by a Cobb County Grand Jury for inappropriately touching three young girls at Six Flags White Water.

Jerry Westbrook, 69, faces three counts of sexual battery. He is charged with grabbing his victims' backsides in a wave pool at the Marietta water park last September.

The indictment was handed down last week. If convicted, Westbrook faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for each count.

His arraignment date has not yet been set.
