STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. -- A 25-year-old man was killed in an early morning shooting Friday, that led to a SWAT situation in DeKalb County.

Nearby a Stone Mountain home on Forest Path, two men were found in a car early Friday morning; both had been shot. The men were taken to the hospital, where one died.

He was identified as 25-year-old Courtney Walker, by DeKalb police Sgt. Wallace.

Captain Lucy Gassner said, "When the officers arrived on scene, the victims were in the car and they were shot in the car. They drove off after they got shot, and at the next intersection they had an accident."

Officers found the victims on the scene of the accident.

A witness on scene told officers that at least one shooter had run inside a home, where a SWAT team cornered off the area in attempt to arrest the suspect.

Dispatchers said no arrest has been made, but a warrant has been issued. The SWAT team made no contact with the suspects, Gassner said.
