GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga -- A man who police say was exposing himself to women outside their homes is behind bars after five women called police on the same day.
Ryan Alan, 20, is charged with four counts of Indecent Exposure after he was arrested by Gwinnett County Police. "We received four different calls within the same day of the same suspect in the same vehicle that was pulling up to females exposing himself and in some cases performing lewd acts," said Corporal Troy Tobler.
Because there were so many incidents in a short period of time police believe there may be more victims who have not reported it. "There may have been more people that had contact with this subject and we would be interested in hearing from them," Cpl. Tobler said.
All five incidents happened on June 16, 2013. Two happened in Lawrenceville, one in Lilburn, one in Stone Mountain and one in Snellville.
Four of the women were approached outside their homes. A fifth woman was approached at a gas station. They all described a green Ford Explorer that the suspect was driving and all of the women were able to get a license plate number off the vehicle. "It doesn't seem like he was concerned about getting caught," "Cpl. Tobler said.
The incident at the gas station in Snellville was captured on the store's surveillance cameras. It shows the green Ford Explorer pulling up face to face with the victim's car, blocking her in.
The woman called 911 and said "A white guy pulled up on me and pulled his penis out, harassed me, I don't who he was." The 911 operator asked her if she wanted to file a report. "Ah, yeah, that could have been a child or anybody. This man might be a pedophile."
According to the Georgia Department of Corrections website Williams served less than a month in prison after he was convicted for numerous traffic violations and fleeing and eluding police.
