ATLANTA -- As part of an on-going investigation, Atlanta Police are searching for a two men they consider suspects in the death of a Morehouse student.

Police have made two arrests in this case -- one of the suspects arrested on June 20 was identified as Nicolas Ross Smith. Smith is being charged with Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Weapon.
On June 13, authorities discovered a motor vehicle accident and observed that the driver of one of the vehicles had been shot multiple times. The driver, Gibbs, was pronounced dead on the scene. A passenger in the car sustained a gunshot wound to the hand and was transported to Grady Memorial in stable condition.
Witnesses say a third occupant fled the scene and may have possibly been injured during the shooting.
The shooting happened near Parsons Street and Webster Street. Officials say a suspect approached the victims and opened fire before fleeing the scene in another vehicle.
