The Halstead family sold its home and moved into a foreclosed one that could better accommodate the toddler's wheelchair. Sunshine on a Ranney Day plans to add a wheelchair ramp, chair lift and new deck to the home, and to make several improvements, including wider doorways, wood floors and a redesigned kitchen.
