CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- The second suspect wanted for a December murder turned himself into the Bartow County Jail on Tuesday.

Richard Clayton Flowers, Jr. was with his father when he came to the jail. The 17-year-old suspect now faces charges of felony murder and two counts of armed robbery, as Capt. Mark Camp reported.

Flowers is the second suspect wanted for the December 16, 2012 murder of Randall "RJ" Statler. The armed robbery charges are connected to a theft earlier on the same day as the murder, along with a previous incident.

Cartersville police arrested the first suspect, Brettney Anwarr Moore on a few days ago on May 8.
