EAST POINT, Ga. -- The City of East Point will offer six days of amnesty for anyone with unpaid parking and traffic tickets.
From Monday, Apr. 8 to Saturday, Apr. 13, as well as Monday, Apr. 15, those with tickets can bring them to East Point Municipal Court for amnesty.
Court is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday.
Anyone on probation and with an active arrest warrant is encouraged to contact the city probation department during the amnesty period, as it also applies to warrants.
City officials expect long lines during the amnesty days. Arriving to court early is encouraged.
