ATLANTA -- A host of pro football coaches and scouts gathered at the John and Mary Brock Football Practice Facility for Georgia Tech Pro Day.

Last's year's Tech Pro Day attracted national media coverage after wide receiver Stephen Hill's performance at the NFL Combine. This year a small group of seniors went through the drills hoping for a chance to play in the pros.

A-Back Orwin Smith was limited to the role of spectator due to an injury. Defensive Lineman T. J. Barnes took part in limited drills for the scouts. Cornerback Rod Sweeting used Tech Pro Day to improve on his results at this year's NFL Combine, and after some slipping on the indoor turf managed to post a satisfactory time.

Former Tech quarterbacks Tevin Washington and Josh Nesbitt worked out for the scouts knowing they will likely have to play defensive back at the professional level.

An undrafted free agent in 2011, Josh Nesbitt went to camp with the Buffalo Bills and made their roster. After spending 2012 on injured reserve, Nesbitt was back at Tech today looking for another chance in the NFL. "It's a business now,"says Nesbitt. "You do what you have to do to lookout for yourself."
