CARROLLTON, Ga. -- Students at University of West Georgia participated in an etiquette dinner, last month, where they received instruction on how to exhibit proper table manners in a business setting.
The selected students were members of student organization, Enactus, an organization comprised of students from the Richards College of Business.
The idea to have the etiquette dinner originated from a lecture about proper table manners during formal business dinners.
During the lesson, the students were lectured about things like using correct utensils, appropriate dinner conversation and attire, proper arrival time and even the matter of how to eat certain foods.
The students were joined by local professionals to demonstrate their skills.
