ATLANTA -- No matches for all six winning numbers were drawn on Wednesday, so the jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing has climbed to $130 million.

Spokeswoman Kimberly Starks for the Georgia Lottery Corp. said the jackpot has been growing since December 29, 2012.

If someone matches the Powerball numbers, the winner has two options to claim the prize. The winner can opt for the $130 million prize to be paid over 29 years in 30 installments, or the cash option can be chosen, which is about $83 million.

Each Powerball ticket costs $2.

Even though there were no jackpot winners announced Wednesday, two local winners took home $10,000. Both winning tickets were purchased on Tybee Island, at Circle K in Martinez, and Chu's 7-11 Mart.

The spokesperson reported that proceeds from Powerball will help benefit education throughout Georgia.
