ATLANTA -- Atlanta Police are asking for the public's help in identifying two men who robbed a Waffle House in Southeast Atlanta on Oct. 21.

Surveillance video shows two masked men holding restaurant employees up at gunpoint.

Witnesses described how one man held a pistol to a cashier's face and told her to empty the register, then told the other employees to empty their pockets. They said that suspect had a capital tattooed on his right arm, surrounded by writing. Witnesses said both suspects wore blue and white bandanas across their face.

According to the police report, once the money was handed over, the men took off in a car they had parked outside and headed north on Candler Road toward Decatur. The car was described as a grey 1994 Honda Civic with a Virginia license plate. It had been stolen in a separate incident in DeKalb County.

Anyone who knows anything about the suspects or the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (404) 577-8477.
