CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- Tellus Science Museum is partnering with the Smithsonian Institution for a digital astronomy workshop on November 9.
At the workshop, guests will be trained to use the MicroObservatory robotic telescopes that are housed at Smithsonian Observatories in Arizona and Massachusetts.
The workshop runs from 8 p.m. - 11 p.m., and those who attend are encouraged to bring laptops. The workshop will instruct guests on downloading and processing images that the robotic telescopes capture. Teams can work on one laptop if needed.
Tellus will display the best photos in the museum.
