ATLANTA -- Kayla Beck is one of our bright, young interns getting some hands on experience before she graduates from the University of Georgia next spring.
Kayla likes to look sharp when she's dashing around campus but says she also needs to think about comfort.
"You're always wearing your sports shorts or jeans or sweat pants on cold days," she said, "very comfortable because you have to walk to class."
Pajama Jeans claims it's the hot new fashion sensation that combines both comfort and style and fits all figures perfectly. Pants that are soft like pajamas yet look good enough to wear anywhere.
The pants come in sizes extra-small to 3X with a 31-inch inseam. They cost $40 a pair plus an $18 shipping and handling charge.
It took about a month for our shipment to arrive. Kayla thought they looked long and wide in the legs.
"The size, they're very tall," she said. "I'm very short but these are really long for the sizing."
So we took up the length and Kayla tried them on along with the free T-shirt.
"They're comfortable but not like sweat pants," she said.
Kayla did not like how the jeans looked on her at all.
"I wouldn't wear them out," she said.
The legs looked baggy, especially when she sat down.
"These are not flattering on your legs," she said.
The front pockets are tight although the back pockets are big enough to hold a cell phone. Kayla also thought the waist sits up kind of high.
The ad promises Pajama pants are stylish, sexy, soft and comfortable. Kayla agrees the pants are soft and comfortable but thought they were anything but stylish and sexy.
"So two out of four," she said.
Kayla also noticed that the blue dye from the pants was coming off on her hands. Not a good sign when it comes to washing them.
"For the Pajama Jeans," Kayla said, "my rating is two thumbs down."
Some of our viewers have told us that they love their Pajama Jeans. Wendy from Norcross bought an extra-large and says she wears them all the time and thinks they're great.
"My husband thought that they were the best jeans I had worn in years," Wendy said.
Pajama Jeans have a full satisfaction guarantee and promise a full refund if the product is returned in 30 days - less the hefty shipping and handling fees. They do say you can keep the bonus T-shirt.
