Hemy Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman
DECATUR, Ga. -- New documents released Thursday allege that Dunwoody daycare murder suspect Hemy Neuman was having an affair with the wife of the man he is accused of shooting to death last November.
The documents are part of the divorce proceedings against Neuman being brought by his estranged wife, Ariela Neuman.

Ariela's lawyers said in the documentation that Hemy Neuman had an extramarital affair with Andrea Sneiderman, widow of Russell Sneiderman, who was gunned down in front of a Dunwoody daycare in November 2010.
Neuman has pleaded not guilty to the killing of Sneiderman. That trial is expected to begin in October 2011.
As part of the documentation, Ariela's lawyers asked for documentation from a number of social networking websites that Hemy Neuman may have participated on including Facebook, MySpace, Match.com, eHarmony.com and others.
According to the documentation, Ariela's lawyers suggest that Hemy Neuman's mother had promised to give Hemy more than $300,000 toward his murder defense in the Sneiderman murder case. They also suggest that no monies have been paid in support of his one minor daughter since his arrest in January.
The documents went on to suggest that Hemy Neuman never threatened Andrea Sniederman with losing her job if she didn't become involved with him sexually, and that he never forced himself on her. They also said Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman "conspired" to ask Russell Sneiderman for help in finding another job for him (Neuman), given the financial problems that Neuman said his family was undergoing at the time.
The document said Neuman learned of a life insurance policy on Russell Sneiderman which would pay out to Andrea and their children in the event of Russell's death.
According to the documents, Hemy Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman traveled to Colorado together in July 2010, which, the documents said, was not approved by their employer, General Electric, as a business trip. They said he paid for the trip from "marital funds."
The documents went on to say that Hemy Neuman told Ariela the two of them would travel to England and Scotland on a General Electric business trip in September 2010, but shortly before that trip, Neuman told his wife she could not go and that he would be traveling alone. However, according to the documents, Andrea Sneiderman accompanied Neuman on the trip to England and Scotland - and instead of having one of his children take him to the airport, as he normally would, he had a car assigned by General Electric pick him up to take him, and eventually Andrea Sneiderman, to the airport for that trip.
Hemy Neuman moved out of the family home on October 3, 2010, and according to the court documents, announced this to his wife and family in an e-mail that they said he ended up sending to 20 different e-mail addresses.
The court documents went on to say that Andrea Sneiderman accompanied Hemy Neuman on an overnight trip to Greenville, S.C., where he would normally return the same day. The papers say the couple had sexual relations in South Carolina on that particular trip.
According to the papers, Hemy Neuman purchased a firearm prior to November 1, 2010 and went shooting at a firing range on November 1, 2010, which is also his youngest daughter's birthday.
On November 18, the same day Russell Sneiderman was shot to death, the documents said Hemy Neuman told Ariela Neuman it was necessary to take Andrea Sneiderman's computer from work. The papers say this was to erase any evidence which would prove a relationship between Hemy Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman.
The documents went on to say that Hemy Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman communicated numerous times via e-mail, telephone, text messages, e-mail, chat rooms both before and after Russell Sneiderman's death.
Ariela Neuman's lawyer suggests in the papers that this is the cause of her divorce petition.
Hemy Neuman remains in jail awaiting trial.
