Evander Holyfield's former mansion in Fayetteville is heading for the auction block. Bidding for the 12 bedroom, 21 bathroom estate will start at $2.5 million, but only if you put $10,000 down as a deposit. Holyfield has not lived in the mansion since he lost it to foreclosure last year. The house, built in 1994, sits on 104 acres of property and includes a 350,000 gallon outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool, a bowling alley, baseball field, and dinning room that seats 100. The auction runs from November 11th through the 13th.
