AUSTELL, Ga. -- Beneath the roller coasters at Six Flags something is very different.
"You can't turn the corner without running in to a monster or some haunted house," said Shane Delancey.
It's being billed as the largest Fright Fest ever at Six Flags over Georgia. Pumpkin heads and skeletons stick out like sore thumbs across the theme park, pointing the way to the scare.

"Around every corner this year we've got new things for people to do and I think that what is going to bring people out," Delancey said.
The most frightening scenes are found down the horrifying hallways of the haunted house, from mad scientists to the dreaded chainsaw. The park is staffed with about 150 characters a night. A team of costume designers builds zombies, ghouls, ghosts and goblins for an experience designed to soar off the chart of fear.
"We're going ten all the way, all the way to ten," Delancey said

There are tamer options for those who scare easily, including costume contents for kids, trick or treating and the chance to ride the rides at night. That is the time after all when ghouls just want to have fun!
