Lithonia, Stone Mountain students announce college commitments on National Signing Day

LITHONIA, Ga. -- National Signing Day fell on Wednesday, and marked a day where hard-working high school athletes across Georgia announced which college they would attend.

Martin Luther King High School had several athletes make their college commitments on National Signing Day.

Attending North Carolina State will be J.J. Jones and Kenderius Whitehead.

D.J. Polite-Bray, Jacarthy Mack and Josh Outlaw signed with Texas Tech.

Jeremy Tyler will attend West Virginia.

From Georgia Military College, Mario Alford and Brandon Golson both signed with West Virginia. Trenton Brown signed with Florida. Tiquention Coleman will attend Arkansas. Nevill Hewitt will attend Marshall.

Ali Groves of Stephenson High School will attend South Carolina, and Justin Holman will join Central Florida.

David Johnson of Lithonia will join South Carolina.

From Arabia Mountain HS, Danny Ezechukwu will join Purdue, Devin Crawford and Kwame Bowens will attend Jackson State.

Rahmon Swain of Lithonia, Butler CC signed with South Florida.
