FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. -- The Fayette County Branch of the NAACP will host the first annual Family Fall Festival on October 6 at the Southern Ground Ampitheater.
All families and residents of Fayette County and surrounding areas are invited to the festival, which will include music performances, poetry, dance, author readings, a book fest, arts and crafts and food vendors from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
The live music performances will be held in two parts, with a talent showcase from noon until 3 p.m., and an evening concert set for 4 - 6.
There will also be free health screenings and free document shredding.
