ATLANTA -- Two of the three siblings accused of a cross-country crime spree plan to enter into plea deals.
Court filings in the case, show Ryan Dougherty and Lee Grace Dougherty are in the process of working out plea agreements with federal prosecutors.
All three are charged with robbing a Valdosta bank during a string of crimes that started in Florida and ended with a shootout in Colorado.
The siblings filed motions asking a judge to hear their cases separately and to suppress statements they made to law enforcement while in custody.
Ryan and Lee Dougherty this week filed motions to withdraw those requests, saying they were negotiating plea agreements.
All three have been indicted on bank robbery and firearm charges in Georgia.
A lawyer for Dylan Stanley-Dougherty said he did not yet have a signed plea agreement.
