DECATUR, Ga. -- A woman has been arrested in connection with the bomb threat that caused a lockdown at the DeKalb County Jail on Thursday afternoon.

Police arrested 46-year-old Sewona Ketwgou after she alleged that her sister had placed a bomb in her car, which was parked near the prisoner transport area of the DeKalb County Jail for most of the afternoon.

The DeKalb County Bomb Squad and SWAT investigated the scene and didn't find any explosives in the car.

Ketegou was arrested in April of 2011 for criminal trespassing.
