One child was killed and another is missing after a boating accident on Lake Lanier Monday night.

BUFORD, Ga. -- Monday night's deadly crash on Lake Lanier has a lot of boaters talking about boating at night. Although it can be more dangerous, it is allowed by law.

A 9-year-old boy was killed and his 13-year-old brother remains missing after a speeding center console boat hit their family's pontoon boat at about 10:30 p.m. Monday night. Authorities said the pontoon boat's lights were on.
