ATLANTA -- Is it bad timing or bad habits? Our Food Fighters checks out an unusual situation at a Peachtree Hills restaurant that didn't fare so well on a recent health inspection.
Some items noted by the inspector: "Observed raw eggs in walk in cooler stored directly next to ready to eat items."
"Sushi rice at room temperature and gaskets on the cooler door needed repairing."
That's why we stopped in to check it out because this restaurant has consistently had good scores in the past.
Owner Paul Albrecht was going over the report when we walked in and explained that they had been repairing the walk-in cooler when the Health Inspector arrived. Everything has been fixed the restaurant was reinspected April 27th and got a 95.
