ATLANTA -- A 36-year-old man has been arrested in the deadly stabbing of a 14-year-old boy at the Five Points MARTA Station shortly after the Big Peach dropped on New Year's.

Tommy Christopher Collins has been charged with murder, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime. He was arrested at an apartment complex in Clarkston on Monday morning and is the only suspect in the death of Reuben Hand.

The Douglass High School freshman was killed just after midnight Saturday. His family members heard that a man accused the teen of having his cell phone, then attacked him with a knife. The cause of the attack is still under investigation.
