Let's Rock Elmo

It was love at first sight for two year-old Gavin when we dropped off Sesame Street's Let's Rock Elmo.

No wonder it's on all the hot toy lists this holiday shopping season.

Elmo plays the drums and the tambourine. He even holds a play microphone while he sings six different tunes.

"Elmo loves the microphone," the toy said.

And Gavin loves holding the microphone and all the different instruments.

"Do you like it buddy?" asked Gavin's mom Andrea.

"Yeah," he said.

Elmo sells for about $60 and needs six AA batteries, which are not included, to put on a show.

He's recommended for preschoolers 18 months and older.
The toy knows which instrument Gavin gives him.

Gavin enjoys singing along to the ABC song.

"He's working on that now," said Andrea. "It knows whether it has the drum or the tambourine or the microphone which is pretty cool."

Even after a few weeks Gavin's mom, Andrea, said he doesn't seem to get bored with Elmo and plays with him all the time.

Gavin and Andrea give Let's Rock Elmo two thumbs up.
