ATLANTA (WXIA) - Georgia attorneys are getting together to become heroes for the hungry.

Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens recently announced the first annual Georgia Legal Food Frenzy. He says lawyers will hold a friendly competition to see who can collect the most food.

Though there will be winners, Olens says the biggest winners will be the children.

"We will have 60 percent of our children needing free and reduced lunches in our state and the seven regional food banks can take advantage of that food to help those children with much needed food during the summer," Olens said.

The food drive ends May 4.
