Cereal Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS:
1 - 11/12 oz. Box Rice Krispies, Coco Pebbles or Fruity Pebbles
10 oz. Bag Marshmallows
¼ Cup Butter
Variety of Ready Made Frostings & Sprinkles

DIRECTIONS:
On the stovetop over medium to high heat melt the butter. Once the butter is melted add the bag of marshmallows. Cook on stovetop and stir until marshmallows start to melt. Once the pot is heated up remove from the burner. Cover the pot and let the rest of the marshmallows melt that way, stirring occasionally. This ensures that you don't overcook the marshmallows. If you do overcook the butter/marshmallow mixture the cereal cupcakes will turn out very hard! Once the marshmallows are pretty much melted add the cereal of your choice! If you want the cereal cupcakes softer and gooier add less of the cereal. Stir until mixed! Grease the muffin tin. With spoons, dish up a big scoop and press into the cupcake tin making a nice rounded cupcake. Fill the tin and let cool for a bit. Remove from the tin and then decorate like you would a cupcake!
