A wave coming in from the west will continue to give us clouds and cold temps tonight. AS the disturbance gets closer we will see more scattered showers develop across the south counties. As we go throughout the overnight hours we will see almost all of N Georgia get into a rainy pattern as this disturbance moves through. Overnight we will see cloudy skies with temps dropping into the lower 40's, winds will be from the NE. It will just be a gray night with light rain and cold temps, look for the morning commute to be a bit on the cold side with very light rain in metro Atlanta.
High pressure will stay to the north of us, and another wave will dive in from the North to keep a lot of the clouds around. This will keep us on the cloudy side for a majority of the weekend, but there will be a few peeks of sunshine, especially on Sunday. Temps this weekend will be in the 60's.
Thanksgiving "Initial Forecast"
As of right now it is appearing that Thanksgiving day will be on the cloudy side with temps in the lower 50's. It seems that the pattern that we have been having lately will reinforce itself mid next week and bring down another shot of cooler air. I will continue to have updates on this as we get closer to next week!
