MARIETTA, Ga. (WXIA) -- It's official -- Norman the Scooter Dog has made it to the Guinness Book of World Records.
At a Marietta charity event in July, Norman was able to propel himself 100 feet in just over 20 seconds, becoming the fastest dog on a scooter.

Norman, a 3-year-old French sheepdog balances himself on the scooter with his two front paws on the handlebars, then uses one of his hind paws to push himself forward.

Norman can also ride a skateboard and pedal himself on a bicycle with training wheels.
Guinness World Records made the record official late last week.
