NEW YORK - Brazilian model Nana Gouvea has sparked much in the way of outrage for a photo shoot amid wreckage from Superstorm Sandy.

The ex-Playboy Brazil model posed among demolished cars and downed trees for the photo shoot, which was posted to her Facebook page and has very quickly gone viral across the web.

Many viewers were outraged at a perceived lack of respect for victims by Gouvea, as chronicled in newspapers and websites around the world. A parody Facebook page - Nana Gouvea in Disasters - was quickly created and posted. The parody page features Gouvea posing seductively at the site of various events from around the world, from Tiannenmen Square to the French Revolution.

According to The Huffington Post, Gouvea commented to Brazilian site Globo Ego about how much she loves hurricanes, and saying they give her an opportunity to spend "quality time" with her husband, Carlos Keyes, who, they said, took the infamous photos.
