Both sides look at charter school amendment

ATLANTA - On November 6, Georgia voters will decide on an amendment to the state constitution on whether the state should be able to create a commission to approve local charter schools.

To help voters understand the issues, 11Alive News, in partnership with the Atlanta Press Club and Georgia Public Broadcasting organized a forum as part of the Loudermilk Young Debate Series.
