ATLANTA -- When heavy rains hit Atlanta, Nancy Creek is always under watch for flash flooding.

The storm run-off also brings pollution, and some local students decided to do something about it!

Nancy Creek runs through the Marist School property, and the environmental club decided to do something about the problems that occur every time it rains.

Their six months of hard work on the project snagged them a national award.
